GREAT NEWS- Losing weight again!
Hey guys,
Great news man. I started losing weight again. Now I'm under 250lbs. First time under 250lbs in over 5 years. I cut out the cookies and pastries this week and have been seeing it on the scale.
I was doing the miles and started the gym again two weeks ago but the weight was not going anywhere. But as of Monday I cut out all cookies and pastries of any sort, kept my workout regimen and the pounds are melting away.
I knew it had to be the cookies and cakes, but I love me some Keebler double chocolate chip deluxe cookies and my coconut tartlets... ;D
I also eat a pint of Haagen Daz icecream when I'm good and ready- especially the salter caramel, which goes for about $10US where I'm at. So all of the early mornings and fat burners were being wasted because I would just put it back on with sweets. But not this week, I worked off a great deal.

Self control is what you need to work on.
Exercise and eating less is a good start but binge eating puts you back and makes you feel bad.
Been there. Cutting out sugar makes a big difference.

That's awesome keep plugging away. And the cookies are not the sin, it's how many you put on the shovel :sheep:. Currently I've relapsed into iced molasses cookies with every cup of coffee but justify it by knowing I'm really just unifying things meant to be together. Matchmaker and shit. Good luck keep moving your feet.

recently for me homemade bread piping hot out of the oven with loads of butter, followed by mint chocolate chip ice cream and hot black coffee, I have put on 6 pounds in 1 week. I got to stop.

lolol... iced molasses cookies? Gatta try them out. And I DO shovel a whole heap of em down at one time. I can finish a pack of them in a day... I feel disgusted now, but they taste soooo good. lol...
I like the Voortman, Keebler double chunk and Chips Ahoy double chunk... :eek:
Also gatta have the Haagen Daz salted caramel ice cream, if they don't have that then the Belgian chocolate. :rolleyes:

yea. I feel you. I had chocolate mouse cake, banana bread and guava duff all yesterday. Got back on the scales this morning and was at 254 lbs... quite a shame.

Thanks. I am barely 5'7 tall I ballooned up to 196 lb yesterday. My ideal weight is 157 lb so I have to lose like nearly 40 lb at this point. I'm going to have to cut out all starches all carbohydrates all bread or rice all noodles all pasta all muffins all cakes all cookies. I'm going to have to go on a pure caveman diet of fish and meat and eggs and vegetables and fruits.
