Anthony Joshua has ZERO CHANCE of beating Fury - he will be humiliated in fact!
1. Deontay "40-Pound-LED-Suit" Wilder, whose little pencil legs got tired on the ring walk, doesnt DESERVE a rematch with Fury The King.
2. Dillian "Eat An Uppercut" Whyte is totally finished.
3. Lil Anthony will be even MORE HUMILIATED against Fury than he was against Ruiz in the first fight.

Here we go again! :o isn’t that the same Wilder you were saying was a dangerous animal and he would kill a guy!
I might be wrong, it might not have been you. It was probably Brock or that French Prick!

Well. Wilder COULD kill a guy, as he hits hard as hell as long as he gets his full extension on the punch and the tomato can opponent is backing straight up into the ropes. Punchers like Foreman could kill a guy. There's a few of them. I think it was @brocktonblockbust who said Wilder was a dangeous guy and could kill. But the whole world has seen what I have long declared, and that is that Anthony Joshua is a fraud, a hoax, a pumped up, overrated, hype job, and probably Brock had said that Wilder would demolish Joshua.
But now we're talkin bout Fury The King who I always called was going to be The King. I was right. Nobody is beating Tyson Fury ever. Ever.
I am also right that LED-suit Wilder doesnt deserve a 3rd match after his cess-pool performance.
I am also right that Joshua has ZERO CHANCE of beating Fury. Even if Fury doesnt show up for the fight, Joshua still loses.

Let’s get one thing right , Billy the bandwagon jumper. The ONLY person that “Always” said Fury would be king, was @ross .
When Fury fought McDermott you weren’t Raving about him, you didn’t even know who the cunt was.
And when he fought Wlad, you probably thought he’d lose like the rest of us.
At the moment , I would make Fury favourite versus AJ, but for someone to say that AJ

2. Has no real grasp of the sport of Boxing.

Re: Anthony Joshua has ZERO CHANCE of beating Fury - he will be humiliated in fact!
So yeah, Anthony Joshua has no way at all to beat Tyson fury stylistically
1. He has no lateral movement and moves like a robot
2. Tyson fury will school him three minutes of every round
3. Joshua does not have the killer instinct so how is he going to beat fury, who will be moving in and out and sideways popping his head off, potshotting him, until he gives up in about the seventh or eighth around it
4. by the fourth round it will be such a boring fight because Joshua has no imagination and will not be able to solve Tyson fury's multifaceted unpredictable and complex style
5. Tyson fury by 8th round stoppage

it's not about "who you root for" , you can root for whoever you want, and you change horses as many times as you like . it's the statement that Joshua has "Zero Chance, FACT" , which is not indeed a fact , it is a wildly exaggerated assumption, and that is why I compared it to an excited foolish child. I didn't use your first name in an insulting manner either. Plus I didn't know that was your first name, I just threw it out there suspecting you were someone else and it looks like I got lucky and it actually IS your name. Pure coincidence (unless you really ARE that someone else I suspected!).
Also I don't care if you take my opinion seriously or not, therein lies the rub. Why would I care? You seem to have a serious issue with different opinions, good luck with that.
"They don't trust you!" BWAAAAHHHAHAHAHAHA 🤣🤣🤣
How old are you?
Bottom line:
AJ HAS ZERO CHANCE OF BEATING FURY.

Re: Anthony Joshua has ZERO CHANCE of beating Fury - he will be humiliated in fact!
Joshua has continually faced better opposition. Fury has never even made one mandatory defence before he usually goes in to meltdown claiming mental illness or hamburger obesity.
I will give that fury has great movement. His chin has been knocked down just as many times as AJ and most refs would have counted 10 against wilder and he had a stroke of luck the ref never waved it off.
Joshua has better timing, power, combination puncher and finisher and has a better resume. FACTS
Fury could not even finish Wilder PROPERLY and was still on his feet after getting hit numerous times by a fighter who outweighed him by 40lbs and if that was Joshua Wilder would have been Koed plain and simple.
Fury looked terrible against the first half-decent boxer he fought in 5 years in Wallin. Wallin who would not last 4 rounds with Joshua. AJ can fight on the inside and has phenomenal inside combo power.
Joshua will be a shock to Fury,
I don't get why Fury has been put on an untouchable pedestal with only two championship level victories. He took 8 years to get to Klitschko. On the other hand, AJ fought Klitschko with only 4 years’ pro experience and a shorter amateur career than Fury, and has solely fought championship level fights since with far less time to develop.
Ppl are severely overrating Fury and severely underrating Joshua.

Very good post with a lot of common sense written , which to be fair , you usually do when posting about boxing.
Not 100% in agreement, but many of the points are spot on.

Listen here, Wilhelm the Wishy-washy, I called Tyson over Wlad and was rooting for him. True I loved the Steve Cunningham knockdown, and was rooting for Steve (I usually root for Steve), but trying to make it Logical that only an excited, foolish child would see thru the AJ Hype shows any lack of knowledge of the sport is where you fall short, really short, shorter than even me!
You whined when I accidentally coincidentally called you by your first name, @
Master but you have no problem mentioning my ethnicity, which I am immensely proud of. Yes, I am Armenian. Is one ok but not the other, you prickly person, you?
I have taught adult professionals, University students, high school and middle school students, but never infants! Wouldn't want to, but I gotta admit you gave it a nice try.
Oh and just to make you happy I will be posting even more now on the boxing forum.
Toodaloo.

it's not about "who you root for" , you can root for whoever you want, and you change horses as many times as you like . it's the statement that Joshua has "Zero Chance, FACT" , which is not indeed a fact , it is a wildly exaggerated assumption, and that is why I compared it to an excited foolish child. And the thing is, when you make exaggerated statements like that , it's difficult to take your opinion seriously.
You whined when I accidentally coincidentally called you by your first name, @

Firstly , I never mentioned your ethnicity in any insulting manner whatsoever, and secondly, I mentioned it because you indeed have mentioned it many times in the past . so if you have mentioned it, there is nothing wrong with me mentioning it, especially as it was never in an insulting manner.
Herein lies the difference. I have NEVER Mentioned my name on this forum, as I prefer to keep my privacy intact . That is entirely MY PREROGATIVE.
so my first name is out there, no big deal , it is what it is. My issue is how did you obtain it? and what other personal information of mine do you have? no disrespect, but i don't know you or anyone else on this forum from Adam , you could be any type of nut job stalker. (btw, i have been PM'd by people that mentioned that they understand my feelings because "they don't trust you!" the speech marks denote that these are not my words , so please don't shoot the messenger. (but then again, you already know that with your broad knowledge of the English Language!)
I merely believe that it is disrespecting my privacy .
I have taught adult professionals, University students, high school and middle school students, but never infants! Wouldn't want to, but I gotta admit you gave it a nice try.
Well Congratulations, I'm very happy for you! :appl:
Oh and just to make you happy I will be posting even more now on the boxing forum.
It's a free World, you can post whenever and wherever you want , of course unless or until you get banned that is . But seriously, post to your hearts content, it makes me neither happy or unhappy.
Have a nice day.x

#FACT[/QUOTE]
You should’ve done the lottery that day!
Also, you should learn to relax, you seem to be getting a tad irate my little pedigree chum.

Re: Anthony Joshua has ZERO CHANCE of beating Fury - he will be humiliated in fact!
I give post Ruiz Joshua a much higher chance of beating Fury. Fury isn't that good and he's struggled with subpar fighters. I personally think Joshua eats him.

Re: Anthony Joshua has ZERO CHANCE of beating Fury - he will be humiliated in fact!
All great points about AJ.
He DID fight better comp and at an earlier poiint in his career. He DID seem to learn a new dimension of fighting in the rematch with Ruiz, but I disagree it is an improvement in his style. It helped himm get by Ruiz, but he cant apply that to Fury. IN fact I HOPE he fights Fury how he fought Ruiz-2, I HOPE he tries that. If he fights that way against Fury, I'll move my FURY KO 8 prediction up to a FURY KO 5 prediction. See, Primo seems to consistently miss that AJ has ZERO lateral movement, like a robot, and therefore he is custom-made for Tyson. On a silver platter. A very, verrrrrrrry slow silver platter.
Denilson has great points. As do all the others. Oh and Primo, telling someone to relax.... I see you got that one-liner out of a Better Homes & Gardens mag or something, but for sure I'm more relaxed than you are, Dude.

Are you seeing a knockout of Fury by AJ? LAte or early?

Yeah and look. I could be wrong. Fury may well go in there and beat AJ. That wouldn't surprise me. But I just feel AJ edges him but we don't know for sure until they step in the ring and that's why we love boxing. Because we don't truly know.

Exactly Denilson. I respect ALL opinions, like you do..... though some, sadly, do not.

Re: Anthony Joshua has ZERO CHANCE of beating Fury - he will be humiliated in fact!
I still think that Fury has the beating of AJ pretty easily purely based on his movement and his range, will he knock him out, I doubt it, we've seen that Fury is more than happy to go the distance and I think that he would probably win every round.
But as the GIF shows in Denilsons post, one punch can change a fight and it AJ landed a sweet one on Fury then it would be good night nurse, very much like the first Fury v Wilder fight, Fury would have to be switched on every second of every round, that is why it would be so exciting because even if it was terrible to watch and Fury was cruising to a victory it would only take one lapse in concentration and AJ walks away with the win.

There is no question that AJ has the power to knock anybody out. But we have to remember Tyson Fury's chin is superhuman. Not only that but Wilder is much more reckless of a fighter, WHICH IS WHY HE WAS ABLE TO FLOOR TYSON FURY. AJ does not fight in that style. He is not an aggressive fighter at all.
Finally, if Ruiz could knock out Joshua then there is no question that Tyson FURY can also knock him out
-
Re: Anthony Joshua has ZERO CHANCE of beating Fury - he will be humiliated in fact!
The only way Joshua can win is if he goes straight at FURY at the opening bell and tries to knock him out in the first round or two
If Joshua tries to box, he loses all 12 rounds

Do you really think Fury’s chin is “superhuman” ?
-
Re: Anthony Joshua has ZERO CHANCE of beating Fury - he will be humiliated in fact!
Yes, about as superhuman as Ali or Foreman's.

21KOs in 24 fights somewhat demolishes the idea that AJ is not an aggressive fighter at all. It would be a bit more logical making that claim about Fury but Joshua is way more aggressive than Fury.
Ruiz never sparked AJ cold and that actually leaves a huge question about whether Fury could stop him. Joshua proved he could make the adjustments in the rematch and Fury proved how incredibly overhyped Wilder was in the rematch, so the Fury/Joshua fight could be fascinating.
Watch the Joshua /Wlad fight and then the Fury/Wlad fight and then pretend AJ is not an aggressive fighter. Fury gave a master class but Joshua gave us a classic.

In one of Tyson's interviews with his dad they were saying that Fury was the greatest ever heavyweight. Tyson has still yet to defend his title once.

Seems to be his way. I will give the benefit of the doubt on Wilder wanting the rubber match & the pandemic delaying his chance to prove himself.
The dude is a freak in terms of his agility at that size, packed with attitude of a great to add on. But he could screw his potential legacy up if he doesn't defend at least 2x. Meaning the argument to keep him from being mentioned as an ATG is determined by -uh, no more than 2 or 3 fights.
Andrew Ward is my example; not a lot of matches, but he fought in a great era making those few count. I think TF can do the same with a win over Klitchko a long reigning champ, Wilder the KO artist of the era & AJ the young boxer who grabbed all the belts but one.
His fans can argue quality beats quantity.

What an odd thread! You've gone from saying AJ has not chance of winning "FACT", to painting a scenario where he could possibly win. ;D
Anyway I think if any boxing fan applied logic it would be that Fury will in all likelihood outbox AJ for the most part eating up rounds on points, while AJ could put Fury down and out with his power. Fury has risen before, many times, so it's plausible Joshua will need to put him down a few times for Fury to stay down. Wilder left it til the very last round to find his big bomb, while AJ is probably a better finisher.
We also shouldn't discount Fury's power. He's a big guy, and we know AJ is susceptible of being put down and out himself.
Right now I would favour Fury just slightly to outbox and outwit Joshua, but there's no way you can write off AJ. It's as close to a 50/50 fight as you're gonna get, and that's what's so compelling about this one.

Primo, I can compare EXACTLY Fury with Muhammad Ali on TWO fronts. Chin and Mental Fortitude. And for a 6 ft 9 inch dude, I may even on a good day say MOVEMENT as well. But he is not on Ali's level (or Foreman's for that matter) as he has not fought often nor consistently enough to earn that rep.
@Beanz is right that Joshua does have 21 KOs which is a sign of aggression, though I think some of them came as counter-punching kind of KOs rather than straight-at-you-Iron-Mike-style assaults, but still they are 21 of 24 KOs, and there is always that chance he does have against Fury, though I feel it fades fast after about Round 6 that AJ will be able to comeback from what I feel will be a wipeout on the cards if this goes to a decision we're talking 116-113 Unanimously.
The English teacher was right when he posted a few posts above that this is an odd thread due to the fact I said Fury wins 10 out of 10 times yet still said AJ has that slugger's chance (but only through Round 3 or 4 max). It does appear I am arguing both sides a bit, but to be fair to AJ I had to say he can KO anyone if he lands, barring if Fury's chin is even more superhuman than I already feel it is. But nonetheless I am still saying Fury will not get caught by a rushin-in shark-like AJ in the first 3 rounds because AJ doesnt fight like that. If Wilder couldnt do it to Fury, AJ sure as heck wont.
Wlad's movement esp lateral movement was SHIT and then even worse as he was going on 42 years old against AJ. Even a 38 year old Wlad would have finished the job after he put AJ down in Round 6 (was it?). AJ will not be able to do to Fury what he did to the rather stationary 41 yr old Wlad

Re: Anthony Joshua has ZERO CHANCE of beating Fury - he will be humiliated in fact!
***LET ME PUT IT IN A MORE STRAIGHTFORWARD ANALOGY****
Sonny Liston could fight Muhammad Ali 10 times and he would lose all 10 fights and we all are pretty sure about that. #Fact
Yet nobody would deny that Sonny Liston was a great fighter and I am not denying that Anthony Joshua is a great fighter either.
-
Re: Anthony Joshua has ZERO CHANCE of beating Fury - he will be humiliated in fact!
Comparing Ali/Clay with Fury on Mental Fortitude hey?
On the one hand , we have a guy that won an Olympic Gold Medal for his Country only to realise on his return that he was treated like a second class citizen and wasn’t even allowed in some restaurants because of the colour of his skin.
Then he rises rapidly through the ranks to take on the beast of the day that EVERYONE was scared of, and not only beat him fairly easily against all odds, but in the build up to the fight , taunt and ridicule him like no-one ever dared to before.
And then at the peak of his career , risk everything for the sake of his morals after Alienating the Whole nation and probably the whole World with his religious beliefs.
And then , after giving up his peak years, do it all over again and take his title back off the next BEAST that everyone was scared of.
All the time , being under the spotlight like no other sportsman and very few people in history have ever been before. And dealing with that.
On the other hand, you have a guy that won a World title, went off the rails , spiralling into an abyss of drink and drug issues, mental depression, very close to a Suicide attempt and ballooning in weight by 130lbs and experiencing low self esteem and basically not being able to cope.
Right, so maybe I’m being harsh, maybe he had the “mental fortitude “ to lose that weight and get back on track. Well yes, but Ali would never have got into that position in the first place.
And please let’s not compare “beasts”. Nobody would utter Liston or Foreman’s name, whereas everybody wanted Wilder and Wilder even resorted to calling out novices when he was champion.
Any decent HW Would beat Wilder. Trouble is, there aren’t many decent ones around.
Fury’s mental state is fragile, precarious. He knows himself that it could all go pear shaped again, and that’s why I don’t see him having the same mental strength.
Don’t get me wrong, I admire Fury and I really hope he can live a long, happy , content life. That is more important to him than any titles.
I’m not hating on Fury, I’ve already said he would be favourite if the fight was made, and I stand by my opinion that currently , apart from the AJ Fight , the only way he loses to anyone is because of himself and his mental state at the time.
I’m sorry , I don’t see it as mental strength, it’s a time bomb and closer to metal weakness I’m afraid.
I like the guy as a person and like I said, my main hope for Fury is that he finds inner peace and holds onto that for many , many years to come.
Ps. Please let’s not even consider comparing them on movement.

Re: Anthony Joshua has ZERO CHANCE of beating Fury - he will be humiliated in fact!
aj has a chance. why would he be humiliated by losing to one of the best heavies today?
-
Re: Anthony Joshua has ZERO CHANCE of beating Fury - he will be humiliated in fact!
Mainly I was talking about mental fortitude in the ring. Just like Muhammad Ali, Tyson fury completely Sykes himself up to know deep down in his being that he is not going to lose the fight. His will to win.
And clearly he does have mental fortitude to pull yourself back from the brink of suicide and drug addiction. Even you have just admitted that.
but I was mainly talking about inside the ring during a fight. Tyson fury has a kind of craziness to him a mental fortitude and they crazy and I felt like Muhammad Ali had a bit of that craziness too ,and showmanship , which seemed to raise him up another notch.
-
Re: Anthony Joshua has ZERO CHANCE of beating Fury - he will be humiliated in fact!
Again it's going to be like Ali vs. Liston
