Went out Saturday looking to do 10 miles- I did 11 by accident!

Well guys,

I did it. I finally went 10 miles, but more than that this Saturday-yesterday-I did 11 plus miles by accident. lol... I knew my normal stop would have been 9 miles, so I decided to do one scoop around the block and back to make it to 10. But, when I calculated the miles when I got back home it was 11.2 miles... I did it. I broke my mind and my ass, 10 miles is nothing but a psychological block now.

lolol. Nah. I'm on this shit called "Ripped Fuel"... I started using the regular pill about 5 years ago, dropped off and they took it off of the market. Now I'm on this Ripped Fuel 5X. Shit be having me doing wild miles in wild time when it kicks in hot.

Have not been lifting weights though. Had not had the time between work and law school and Caribbean Magazine Plus. But I may start in September when I quit this job... ;D
