I'm worried about the bones part and the lifting weights part. But, went to the gym today and I don't feel any less stronger had I been eating meat. It's still early yet, but I will monitor my activity.

The first time I went vegan was over 30 years ago. I felt the difference. Lost a few teeth in the process, but don't feel like it was an overall bad experience.
there are alot more benefits to it mate and it took 2 years before i noticed any bone deficiency , if i ever do it again i would still have milk and eggs
