Will Judah win tonight or will he f**k it up ?

Judah has all the talent in the world, always has, along with great speed and power, especially at 140.

But, he has very often found a way to screw it up and lose. Dropping his hands against Tzyu, screwing around in training and in the ring against Baldomir, losing focus against Mayweather and hitting him with a bad low blow that nearly caused a riot.

So tonight do you think Judah is going to put it all together or screw it all up ?

I know better, but I'm picking Judah and rootin for him tonight. Maybe, just maybe, Pernell has got Judah focused and ready to live up to his potential.

I'd posted on the sticky'd 'Judah Khan' thread, my exact thoughts as to why I think Judah will win. But in regards to what your asking, I think Khan is just as capable of f**king up as Judah due to his high activity level, relatively low punching power and general chinny-ness.

I think Judah has changed a little bit in the last year or so, and although he might not be that Brooklyn Street Thug, Bling-toothed Gangster from the last decade, he still can punch hard and is patient now. Some might see it as gun-shy but I'm not so sure.

I think Khan outclasses him, but either way I think this will be an exciting fight. Only 10 and 1/2 hours 'til fight time!

Win or lose I hope he puts on a great performance as I believe this will be great for boxing and be a good story. I have always had a soft spot for Judah but it is truly now or never for him in the eyes of this poster.

You are 100% right and I can't explain it. It's just something about Judah that softens my criticisms of him, and its funny because I am far from his biggest fan.

Don't get me wrong, i've always found him entertaining enough. Just don't understand how you can root for him if you don't like cockiness or arrogance. It conflicts with the reason you (not necessarily you in particular) have for hating Khan.

Judah will put on a good show but think he gets beat, he may see it to the end however.

I think the question is what's the better strategy? Zab coming out guns blazing trying to stop him early and catch him cold? Or trying to box and letting Khan get into a rhythm where Khan could outbox him? Its been shown that Khan can be caught early and clean and stopped before he gets warmed up, similar to Golota. But zab is a frontrunner if he starts fast trying to stop him and it doesn't happen. So there's more room for error. If Zab comes out guns blazing and doesn't stop Khan in the first 3 rounds, then he's in for a long night once Khan warms up and he slows down. Or if he decides to conserve his energy and try to box with Khan so he can set stuff up late, then there is a chance Khan will outbox him and warm to the task. What would shock everyone would be if Khan came out guns blazing in the first round.
