Majority of those guys should be on that list, but in different order. Gatti does not deserve to be ranked #2. And when is the last time Harris fought at welter? Where is Collazo? Tony should at least be in the top five, should be top three.

If anyone should be ranked higher than Floyd, it should be Baldomir, simply because he beat the man with the majority of the belts. Tony should be top three, but he won't beat Floyd on his best day.
