Are the Ouma and Guzman fights worth downlaoding?

I want to get them if they are good fights but as I have to keep a good ratio (damn torrent site :P) I don't want to waste bandwidth if they arn't too exciting.

I thought the Ouma fight was pretty entertaining but maybe that's just me, after he came back in the second and third most of the rounds were pretty similar so some people might have found it boring

Only download the Guzman fight if you're just really interested in seeing Guzman, cause it wasn't very competetitive, Jauregui's allright but just too slow for Guzman.
