Just wandering if anyone knows whether Hatton-Collazo will be a sell out in Boston.
Would love to see a great atmosphere for this one. Cheers.

Welcome to the forum! And have a first
I heard tickets were selling well and there was a large travelling British contingent, but sell out? Ive no idea....
Hatton will impress though, he will stop Collazo with plenty to spare....
Thanks for cc. Agree with you about Hatton winning by comfortable stoppage, possibly with one or two problems along way.
Are you from UK Miles?. Cant wait for a long night of boxing starting with Woods winning hopefully.
The worst that will happen is that Hatton will get a minor cut of some kind...he will crush Collazo though. He doesnt have the experience or the power to deal with a brawler like Hatton...Originally Posted by HattonsHitman
Yes, Im from the UK, but Ive found myself living beyond borders for nearly 4 years now. Im an Englishman living in Korean. Not the best place to be for a boxing fan, believe me!!!!![]()
For me Hatton is the priority tonight....if he can impress in this then it sets up a whole number of opportunities....
Yep there selling here. Boston is a proHatton crowd. Your boy will feel right at home.

Yeah, have to agree with you there. Collazo has fought some average fighters in his career so far. Cant see Hatton gettin complacent either knowing what lies ahead for him for super-fights in America.
A small danger for me would be that Hatton thrived on those red hot atmospheres in Manchester and in a more subdued venue might under perform slightly. This wouldn't affect the outcome for me but i really wanna see him do himself justice and put on a great showing.
Good to hear. Fans reactions in Boston could have big bearing on future fights in US.Originally Posted by BoomBoom
Looks like they've taken to him on some of the news reports here that can be decieving though compared to what u see on the night of the fight.
if hatton can make a big impression against collazo and then follow up with a huge victory over the winner of baldomir: gatti....the stateside reaction will be hugeOriginally Posted by HattonsHitman
hattons style is entertaining, thats all even the casual fan demands...
I'm curious to know if the ticket sales are going as well as expected. I got tickets through Ticketmaster's "Insider's Club" about a month ago. Today I heard radio advertisements for the fights saying tickets are available at the box office. I also got an e-mail from Ticketmaster offering pretty big discounts on tickets. Guess I'll find out tonight how much of the place is filled. With any luck maybe my tickets will get upgraded. My tickets to the Mormeck vs. Brathwaite fight last year got upgraded because the arena wasn't sold out and Showtime wanted it to look like all the ringside seats were full. We went from $50 seats to $250 seats 7 rows from the ring at no extra charge.
Damn, somebody beat me to it. O'well here's sad click number 2Originally Posted by HattonsHitman

You guys that haven't been to a Hatton fight before are in for a treat
Watch the Brits faces when Ricky comes out to 'Blue Moon' (his ringwalk)...
