when u have handwraps and gloves on and ur hitting heavy bag do u punch with ur knuckels or main finger joints

Think about it, throw a punch and try and just make your finger joints contact the surface you hit... does that feel right?

Now make it so only your knuckles hit... bye bye wrist. Hit with the whole entire fist, your knuckles, finger joints and everything inbetween
