    Default Compliment

Boxers should always be fit and in conditionbut being in the same gym all the time can be boring. So lets get a sport what we can do which compliments Boxing. What would it be and why would it compliment Boxing

I dont know that there is one other sport that keeps you in shape like boxing. I think a mix of sports would be better. Something along with basketball (I think basketball gives a good overall workout because of the constant movement).

I live in canada and play a lot of Basketball. I'm new to boxing but I can see big comparisons in footwork, handspeed and stamina.

Ping pong helps with hand eye coordination too.

Mountain biking. Really halps your wind and legs. Just don't crash like I did the first time out.

Talking about doormen my mates used to fill up supersoakers with different colored food dye and would park right out the front of club doors.
The bouncers would swagger out and say "NO NO you cant park there"!!! and they'd say "Yeah mate we know, and would just paint them from head to foot.
