    Default why did?

Barrrea take the 1st and 2nd round so easily against Hamed? i personally think he could of chinned him and had the fight stopped very early. i just don't understand why he showed the prince so much respect. If he really went for him in those early rounds i really could have seen a stoppage.

He was feeling out. Naz is very heavy handed fighter remember, and many thought the fact that he had settled right into featherweight and been fighting there for years would show a difference. Barrera was careful not to walk into a mega-tonne punch.

yes but you could see when barrea stringed those punches together he was getting him very of balance.imo if i was barrea i would have just use my fast hands and get in and killed hamed. Those hands were far to low and a boxing legend like barrea should have had him down on the mat very quick.

Barrera did what he thought was the way to win the match and it worked.
