Default Floyd Sr. Says that Delahoya will knock his son out!

    http://www.doghouseboxing.com/Chee/Chee0604a06.htm
In an interview conducted by David Mayo of The Grand Rapids Press, Floyd Mayweather Sr. is convinced his son (Floyd Jr) will get hurt if he fight Oscar De La Hoya. The Senior Mayweather who trains Oscar, last month said he wouldn't participate in any bout against his son, has had a changed of Heart.

Mayweather Sr told The Grand Rapids Press in regards to training Oscar to beat his Son: "I was trying to be a father by not going through with this thing. I hate to do it, I don't want it to happen, and I never wanted it to get this far. But I'll tell you something, if Oscar talks to me now about fighting my son, and if he comes up with the right digits for me, to where I'm comfortable with it, the fight is on."

Mayweather added: "That's something I don't want to do. I've been trying to avoid it. But mark my words, my son would get hurt. Oscar may take a few punches, but Floyd is going to get stopped in the fight, because I'm going to make it happen. It's 12 rounds. At some point, he's going to get hit. And if he gets hit and hurt, the fight is over."

"I taught my son everything he knows, but I didn't teach him everything I know. I'm the one who created the style, I'm the one who can break the style. I know just how to open it up, believe me. That's what the fight would come down to, whether I can break the style. And if I have to show you, and if Oscar puts the right money on the table, I grant you it will be broken.""

According to David Mayo's interview, Mayweather Sr. change of heart came last week at his mother's home, when his son showed up by chance. but his Son declined to enter the House when he found out his Father was inside.

Mayweather Sr. wants 2 Million to help Oscar defeat his son. He is predictiong his son will get knocked-out.

what the fuck?? i havent been online for a while. no way floyd. there has got to be some wierd psychology behind that. its a buisness yeah, but it can't be about the money that much for you to train someone to hammer your own son. iv'e been to holland by the way. and i saw an advert with vitali and wladamir selling some kind of kinder egg thing. no word of a lie.

Mayweather is extremely overrated as a trainer. It's not like he taught ODH how to box. He was already extremely successful prior to having Mayweather as his trainer. In addition it is quite easy to argue that his career took a down turn since having Mayweather as his trainer.

PBF is successful because he is physically gifted with speed, and he's been boxing his whole life. He didn't get to be successful from some super training regiment from his father or uncle.

ODH will win this fight because he is the bigger stronger man, and his speed is good enough to catch PBF. He can hurt PBF, and PBF can't hurt him. Bottom line. There's no magical formula or trick that Mayweather has to beat PBF. PBF is overmatched in this fight, just like ODH was with Hopkins.

CC. I agree. What a great father huh? Jones Sr. and Roy had their differnces but you didn't see the old man running to Montell Griffin, James Toney, or Virgil Hill's corners and training them to KO Roy. Same with the Hiltons, the Dave Sr. didn't train others to KO Matthew and Davey. IF Floyd Sr. goes through with this, it will be a disgrace and forever alienate him from his son. What's worth more, 2 mil, or havin your son hate you for the rest of your life?

Sure he will if Floyd doesn't want him to train Oscar It would be like a mob movie with Mayweather like.

Floyd: Please don't call Sr... please don't call Sr..NO...not daddy!! I'll do anything...

Sr: I want some fathers day cards!!! I want some of those cars!! If you meet my demands.. maybe...just maybe I won't train Oscar......

Oscar is much like SRL, he is purely out for himself. The man is a selfish, vain, smug, jerk for the most part. He cons the public and puts on a nice squaky clean persona. Its all an act. He's a fake. That is why I so desperately wanted el Matador to destroy him, but it was not meant to be. I don't like Oscar or Floyd, but at least Floyd keeps it real.

He will train Oscar in a way that PBF will chew Oscar up and spit him out, While collecting a cool two million. That's his son man.

While that may or may not be true. Its irrelavant to this situation. U cant fault Oscar for wanting to fight Mayweather Junior cuz thats the best fight out there before he retires.. If anything its Mayweather Sr. thats acting out pure selfishness....sayin he'll train Oscar to KO his son for 2 Mill. DLH would be takin huge risk in trusting Mayweather Sr. to train him well enf to do this. Would u trust a man training u to knock out his Own son....especially since regardless of the outcome he would get paid 2 Million.
Oscar should get another trainer for this fight.
