The winner should fight PBF @ 147.
Cotto would drop Hatton for certain.
no way, cotto would diffinetly get beat by hatton at 140 i thinkOriginally Posted by Swice
What are you basing that on?Originally Posted by tonythedon

Won't matter if they fight at 140 because by the time of the fight Cotto will be alot heavier. And besides Cotto has more punching power than Collazo and if that 12th round had been any longer Hatton would have been picking himself up off the canvas.Originally Posted by tonythedon
agreed...Collazo is not a puncher(12 ko's in 26 fights) but Cotto is (22 ko's in 26 fights)..I think Cotto takes him out alot sooner.....6th round even....Originally Posted by killersheep

Hatton was in trouble for maybe ten seconds of that round after which he reasserted himself and went back to chasing Collazo round the ring. Collazo was clinching and running for most of the fight which is essentially what cost him the decision. To suggest that Hatton struggles with punchers is nonsense. Hatton struggles with southpaws because of the clash of styles and Collazo was effective while stepping backwards, and because Hatton wasn't adjusted to the higher weight his punches were less effective than usual but the way that people talk about the Collazo fight you would assume that Hatton has only had that one fight on his record.Originally Posted by Swice
