    Default More Weight Problems

    Yep more of em.

Right well for the past 3-4 weeks ive basically been eating healthy and training hard. The main reason for this was physical appearence (damn gut) more then anything, Well anyway i went from 11.7 (165lbs) to about 10.12 (153lbs). Well anyway im 153lbs now and i dont really see any physical difference.

The questions i got is, how much weight do you reckon i will have to shift to lose the gut.

And that im plaining ( hoping ) to build myself back up to around 160 where im most comfortable with myself and my competition. Have you got any tips on building weight backup without it all being fat.

I was thinking of doing weights, but i truly dont want to sacrifice my speed and become a slow as i feel my speed and power go hand in hand at the moment and if one goes i loose the other.

Do lots of crunches and leg-lifts to help lose the gut and work your abs. And what Scrap said is also true.

Maybe God does owe you one last growth spurt... Keep doin' em, and do lots of running, too. That should help.

Do them, it will give you strong abs... its not going to burn the fat off them though... you can't spot burn fat.

You may not loose any weight at atll sheps, like Scrap has said just keep your training going... when I think back to when i was roughly your age, the fitness increases I got from MONTHS of hard training are small compared to what I can increase in a month now... as has been said your coming up to a very interesting time...

As for forcing the 'weight' off. That may never get rid of the gut... you could get heavier, you could get lighter... going from a soft body to a solid lean body... you don't have to have lost weight at the end of it.
