Going into Solid Concrete or Cinder blocks??

If solid Concrete, these work great....

Cinder Blocks, well to get a more solid and lasting hold on your bracket, I would use a threaded bar and go all the way through the block, the weight of the bag and the pressure from constant beating may cause some structural damage....
