i have been working out with weights in a gym for about a year now. now i go to a boxing gym and i am doin a boxing workout now, a pretty intense one too after every workout i am sweating like crazy and i am really tired.i am 5 foot 9, 265 pounds with a lot of fat but i know i got a decent amount of muscle too. i dont want to kill my muscle i just want to lose the fat. i need some help.
