But yeah. Either bump up your exercise, or drop the amount of calories you take in. I really dont know what kind of dieter you are, so maybe you already eat pretty healthy, but arent getting as much exercise as you make it seem (I sweat like a pig after 10 minutes of biking, but I'd be crazy to think 10 minutes of biking is gonna shed any significant weight), or maybe you work you butt off, but eat way too much (my problem).
I remember reading at some point (and if someone could please either back this up or pooh pooh it, cuz I'm really not sure how valid it is) that a good guideline for cutting weight is to eat 10X your weight (in lbs) worth of calories every day (e.g. I weigh 210, so I'd eat about 2100 calories to cut weight). It seems a bit low (Especially at lower weights...), so don't take my word for it, unless other people back me up.
