My brother has been doing a diet called The Cambridge Diet, which is esssentially just drink based.

Between 3rd of Jan and 3rd June (5 months) have a guess how much he lost??

And they aint just shakes - ibut it is all drinks

Nah he was 26 Stone and is now (6 months on) 14 stone Saw him on Friday and didn't even recognize him.

P.S If you called him a whale to either his or my face we would happily leave you eating through a straw for the rest of your natural life
