If he has come in that heavy, he hasn't trained correctly imo.
He was under 19 stone in his last fight in May - he has been on the Mr Kipling cakes

I think its off as well. I posted this on the main board as well, Williams has been coming down in weight for a while, I cant believe he is suddenly 18 pounds heavier than his previous heaviest weight.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

what i found amusing was at the stephen foster jnr fight at york hall he said he'd all ready got his weight down to 18st 8lb and that was months ago,so he's got into camp and put 2st on,well done danny

Maybe he's ha to eat plenty of protein to grow a fighting brain, and this time he's going to come in with a plan instead of coming forward and swinging until he falls over or the opponent does.
