shit, it feels good to get hit again....
Can't believe i left, im gonna fight in this upcoming amateur season come september...

oh yeah, i had a 1 year layoff too..any tips?

Yep. If you can't perform nearly as good or for nearly as long as you could before you left, don't get discouraged. Don't try to overwork yourself by attempting to go at it like you used to. Just do what you can do, work steady and consistent, and before long, you will be back up to where you were when you left off.
