Ive been hiting the speed bag for a couple months. I Do about five three minute rounds. Can anyone offer any advice in what other things you can do on the speed bag as in combos?

Well my trainer usually makes me hit it hard and the I bob and weave my head back and forth without it hitting me.

you can also get some more shoulder burn by raising the level of the platform. now your hands are up, working the shoulders more. God it hurts after a while.
I have the platform to the point where the bag's bottom touches my knuckles when i hit it.

When I started hitting it the bag was not all the way filled and then my friend filled it all the way it was harder to hit at first cause it bounced back faster. Now I am able to do it with ease.
