    Default what age is too old

    what age is too old to starts boxing ?? im near;y 25 and love the sport

    was at boxing club and broke hand and broke 3 fingers took almost a yr to heal and still sore so not been back there for almost a yr and might not go back for another 6 months coz of fingers

    i do the punch bag still in house with right hand strapped and cotton wooled up but hand dont feel right yet





    come on ricky burns he got beat in endinburgh at arthurs city and it was like he was fighting in coatbridge coz no endinburgh people there lol whole of coatbridge bought the tickets lol

    go ricky knock him out

    my boxing trainer is 64 years old now even though hes been retired from the pro world . hes still fucking so fit and he still wants to fight lol. he said in australia in queensland they have a over 50's year old men boxing tournment every year i think . sounds cool i think hes gonna enter lol

    One of our trainers is 76(!) years old, and he's still giving our pro-boys a real hard time! Nope, 25 is not to old, it's verrrrry young! Young enough anyways.

    ye, my trainer's 53 i think, n he's so fit its ridiculous, jus loves to fite. but his shoulders are startin to mess up now

    as soon as the hand feels fight go in and get at it ........you have MANY years of boxing behind you....

    Well I would not wait to much longer.....Especially if you don't have much or any amatuer experience....At 25 if you start now and take it seriously you could have a go at it....Boxers are lasting longer now not like years ago when 30 was considered old by most......Either way if you want to take it up seriously or just as a hobby have some fun....I know amatuers in their mid 30's who box as a hobbie
