    Default dropping wieght!!!!

right so we all know about the two fighters who are roy jones jr and antonio tarver......
though i have my doubts that tarver was ever at the top class his opponents once were....
since he beat a weak roy jones, a glen johnson who is a real (road :P ) warrior but not of the class of prime roy or the excecutioner.
and he was schooled by bhop.

but point bieng roy dropped from heavy to light heavy after his world heavywieght title fight..
he looked like he had no power and he looked tired and he wasnt hungry for the win like he once was...

when tarver fought hopkins he looked the same.... and i think hopkins would have still beaten him but i think it could have been closer...had he not moved up for rocky.

    question is....
if you put on alot of wieght in muscle and you drop back down... and you lose youre power and stamina....
if you work at it can you rebuild the power and stamina and become comfortable in your original wieght again??....
im looking for some good shiz from the likes of scrap and adam here!!
    peace

It can be a killer R J put on 5kilo of muscle when moving up. How is open to debate with his history, how to loose it is the problem over a short period of time. If you mess with nature it will come back and mess with you.In regards to your respitory and ventilation systems also your reproduction organs. also you are not helping your motor skills to function as they should.
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

    thanks scrap!
what do you think about whether you can build back the muscle and the stamina after roy's drop,
also your thought on whether he could accomplish it at his age aswell?
    thanks.
