De La Hoya speaks on Why Mayweather would be better than Trinidad

In a recent interview this week conducted by Doghouse Boxing's very own Coyote Duran, Oscar De La Hoya revealed for the first time that he has another option rather than just Floyd Mayweather Jr. Oscar's other option, as he revealed to Doghouse Boxing could possibly be a rematch againt Tito Trinidad.

Yesterday in media reports, Oscar made it clear he will fight again on May 5. Although Oscar has made up his mind to
continue fighting and not to retire, he has not made up his mind on who he will fight on that date.

However Oscar did give reason as to why Mayweather may be a better option for him. Oscar told the media yesterday: "I think Mayweather would mean more for my career, because he is pound-for-pound the best. But I can go either way, because both fights are big."

Oscar added: "My choice right now would be Floyd," De La Hoya said. "But if negotiations get complicated, I know I can make a deal with Trinidad easy, because he really wants the fight."
