Ive sweated one out once and got a total cure the next day by putting vics vapour rub on my feet then thick socks ,put it on on my chest and back and on with tee shirt then off to bed after a glass of warmed port wine. You can add a dash of cayenne pepper or garlic for good luck.

When you say you sweated it out, did you train it out or did you sweat from the fever?

In my opinion you shouldn't force a sweat on, you can sweat virus out of your system to some extent but the exertion whilst Ill is a very bad idea.

I've had a fever and woke up covered in sweat the next day and felt fine, I think if it can be sweated out, you body will induce a fever.

Germs are life and life can only exist up to some degree and then ceases so i suppose it is a game of life and death. Death to all germs.Thats not short for all Germans by the way.
