Hey i currently gain 66kg and around 6ft and would like to gain around 10kg and also improve my physique. I currently train around 3 times a week and also weights and cardio around 3 times a week also. I have a problem with my diet and also could improve my training program. Id like to learn more about what foods to eat and what i should do about a diet. Im willing to do my best so if any one could help me with a program id be more than happy![]()
