For example i box three days a week, sometimes four, then for two days on non-boxing days i do weights. All big compound exercises, low reps, high sets for strength. bigger and boxing don't really go together....it takes far more energy to throw an 18 inch arm than a 16 inch arm......of course weight training does help.....If you want to get bigger take up Bodybuilding....If you want to be a boxer you need to iincorporate explosive lifts (cleans, snatches) as well as some high rep lifts in order to succeed...also remember to STRETCH ALOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't for awhile...threw a body shot and completely tore my right bicep clean........sure I had 19 inch arms.....not right now......
