Man u can start alot younger than that depending on what gym u look into. Some gym exept ppl like 9-10 year olds and younger.

Thanks bodyhead. I post in the boxing forum now and then but basically i much prefer to DO boxing than watch it believe it or not. thats why im in the training part too much.
