I never liked this matchup, but it's going to get boxing attention at least... and I suppose that's good for boxing. Could be a stinkfest of a fight though.

I think you're exactly right. ODLH probably gave Floyd what he wanted or close to it, and Oscar is taking all of the PPV upside. Which could be huge. That ODLH is a smart fuck. I don't think it will be a stinker. Now that Floyd has his bigtime paycheck and since this is the biggest stage of his life. I would bet on Floyd being a lot more active, well until he possibly gets caught with something that might scare him. Damn, jumping up to 154, after three fights as a blown up welterweight to take on the champion. Can anyone give Floyd props now for at least making the biggest fight in boxing? Haha, fuck that, he's making too much money for props.

This fight will get boxing more attention. Even though Goldy is slower, older, and hates boxer-punchers... This fight is good for boxing. I know my buddies will be happy.

Sometimes with authority. Oscar isn't going to stop the jab or the straight right hand of Mayweather. When Floyd wins, give him his due instead of saying Oscar was a washed up fighter who was drained to come down at 147.

If Floyd wins, I gotta give him props, even though I know about Golden Oldies and your take on the Mayorga fight is excellent not to mention Mayorga's below average "amatuer" skills. I think Oscar will lose too.
