    Default conditioning and strength(weights) on the same day

    i have college everyday of the week and i go boxing 3 times a week because thats the only chance i have, i lift weights at home and recently my college just opened up a gym and i was thinking of using it, and the only time i can use it is on a wednesday morning the same day i have boxing at 5p so can i train both strength and conditioning on the same day or will it be too much.

    3 days a week yes, Fuel up between there shouldnt be a problem just for 1 day. In the natioal sqaud they train 5times a day for days to me thats far to much and Im the first to criticise overtraining. As long as you refuel no problem, take it a step at a time

    Yeah like already mentioned aslong as your nutritions top notch then it should be ok.
    You may notice a difference in performance on that night. I usually shake if i do weights before boxing.

    wo what u guys are saying is that its ok to train with weights in the morning and then at 5pm go boxing?

    Pretty much yeah. Aslong as you eat lots that day.
