Yep I believe thats the 1st time I have everseen Lacy rocked like that in the 4 years I have been a fan....Joe knocked him down from accumulation..

Every one will say I'm a fanboy but if you look at the Clip 1st thing that is glaringly obvious in that sequence is all the Left hands Jeff through were waving punches without conviction.... The shot that rocked him was a a counter right Tyspko threw after Lacy connected with a pitter of a Left to Tyspko...Anyone who follows Lacy closely like I do Knows that that Left is never a waving Punch that Hook is like a double Decker bus and is Jeff's money punch he could not throw it with conviction and when he did he couldnt draw it in fast enough to defend the counter....Again Tyspko I feel won by 1 round or deserved a draw at best...But Without Injury IMO I feel Jeff's Left Hooks would of Busted up Tyspko... You forget watch the fight again like I did last nite you will see Jeff had him Rocked a few occasions mid fight but couldnt follow up.

Jeff has gotten a bum rap for this fight I indeed heavily scrutinized him for his defense being worse and his mechanics being all crossed up than again its pretty hard to do when you got basically one hand but Like typical Jeff he NEVER QUIT and was Fighting through a devestating injury by any standard not just Boxing...

Hope you have a speedy Recovery Brother...

Well said, JT....I agree completely that was not quite the Jeff Lacy we are used to seeing. Minus the injury, Lacy would have won that with plenty more to spare...

Tyspko missed out on a golden opportunity in the fight, credit to Lacy for holding on...

Its pretty evident from that short video that there was something wrong with his movement..
the way he steps backwards, theres little footwork about it.. course it seems he managed the fight just but theres alot of adrenaline and blood pumping during the fight..
i imagine that he was in a great deal of pain after the fight ...

Lacy is what every boxer aspires to be, in the heart department. Terrible matchup. He and his managment should have taken a pay cut and gone to ESPN for two fights and had lesser opponents. Just by looking at Lacy's body, you could see the desire in training has certainly wained. Lacy does have what it takes to become champion again, but this rotator cuff is serious. I wish him the best.

Following Lacy as long as you have would make you a specialist. And take cc # 3
