    Default Miranda's next fight

It looks like one of these two fighters is the next realistic HBO fight for Miranda.
Pavlik seems to be the first choice, but we will see if he will take the fight.
If not, I am sure Green will jump on the opportunity.

Whoever it turns out to be, it will be an exciting night of boxing!

Who would you rather see and what would be the result?

    Allan Green.

    Why?

I just don't dig on him & I think that he's a hype machine that Miranda could make a quick night out of.

I'd rather him not face Pavlik because the current Miranda could be outboxed & I think that Pavlik has the tools to do so.

Plus...it'd be more exciting down the road because both fighters are still improving.

Agreed Miranda would go thru Green like a runaway train... Power on Power Miranda would crush most.. Anyone with some good fundamental skills and counterpunching ability would stick Edison, He has all the potential but needs to hone those skills and tighten up the "D" I cant stress that enough to Guys like Lacy, Green, Miranda.. Tighten up that D and set up your power shots properly....

If Miranda can do that those things I can see him being a Juggernaut at 160-168

A fight with Kelly the ghost would be good. Both men have power and throw a lot of leather. Allen Green would get knocked out by both Pavlik and Miranda.

Not Green, I want Lacy to be the one to take him out.

Green is a super middleweight and Miranda is a middleweight. Why should Miranda move up?

I dont care who he fights next I am just looking foward to his next fight!!!....IMO once he develops some better defense he will go through the Middle and Super middleweight divisions like butter...He is only 25 and has time to do so...Also if he was just a little more patient with his onslaughts he would be an even more devestating puncher...Like in the Gibbs fight..He smothered a lot of his shots when he had Willie in the corner. And WG is no slouch in his own right so that just goes to show what Miranda would be capable of with a little more fine tuning...Just IMO

Either fight will be at 160. Miranda is probably the bigger guy in the ring against Green anyway.

I agree with Daxx. I don't care who it is as long as it's ASAP.

Figure April or May for the fight to happen.
Pavlik is still fighting in January so if he is interested in the fight, we will have to wait until end of Jan. before anything is offical. If he turns it down, I hear Green is dying to get a shot on HBO. Too bad for him he will be in the ring with the wrong guy!

Green has ever fought at Middleweight? The lowest he's been was 162 for the Bonsante fight..
