Default "...and the new Heavyweight Champion.. some skinny guy!"

    Here's a question,
Is there a minimum weight for Heavyweights?
I know the div is for 200+, but Roy Jones fought Ruiz at 190something if I'm not mistaken.
So is there a definitive minimum weight a Heavy must be to fight for a title?
Assuming a sanctioning body allowed it, can someone that's, say, 160 pounds fight for the Heavyweight title if he wanted to?

These are the pressing questions at hand.

there is no weight limit for HW...100 pounds or 1000 pounds ...If you want to fight HW you fight HW....

I swear to God, I think I remeber Lampley saying Jones got an exception to be under 200 because he is Roy Jones.
