i didn't see the whole fight. i only saw from round 10 on. from what i saw it look like herman was giving castillo all he could handle. so i would have to agree with chuck Giampa card when it comes to scoring the part of the fight i saw.

Castillo won the fight comofortably. I had it 116-112 for him. Don't believe what dumfuk Harold Ledderman and Lampley say. They don't know how to score a fukin fight. They gave Herman way too much credit, he was game, and won 4 rounds, at the absolute most 5 rounds if you were givin him every break ya could. Castillo won the fight for sure. He didn't "escape" with a victory, he fukin won the fight.

I had it 7 rounds to 5 for Castillo. He did not look to be in top form, that's for sure.

That's how I had it as well, I was really dissapointed in that performance though,
it sucks that some people need to get beaten into a sense of urgency.

Based on those fights it's looking grim come June.

I saw the 1st 3 rounds or so.. Was kinda distracted by the guy on Xbox live who was 210-83

But it looked like Herman is a real good fighter. Fast, sharp, likes to boss the fight.

He looked much bigger than Castillo which suprised the hell out of me as id seen the clip of him aginst Augustus and he looked tiny

He was better than i thought, but imo he conned people and the judgs into giving so many rounds; castillo was consistent and landing quality hits throughout the round, Herman would work for the last 30 or so seconds in some rounds and was given the round for it... old trick that needs to be stamped out.

I had Castillo winning 7-5. I think it was much better fight than the main event. I cant wait to see Hatton and Castillo, its gonna be a great fight!
