Nadal won 3-2 amazing game especially considering it was a 19 year old against a 20 year old

I reckon Murray will be a top 5 player in 2-3 years he was completely out playing Nadal at times and he should've broken serve loads of times but Nadal just wouldn't give up. Last 2 sets Murray got a bit tired and Nadal started playing better and better, Murrays serve was terrible in the 5th.

If anyone missed it they should try and catch the highlights some of the points were amazing i did'nt realise Murray was this good

I find it hard to like Murray and root for him.

After all he is Scottish and they wouldn't want an Englishman to win. I still can't believe the comments he openly made just before England's first world cup game against Paraguay last year - that was stupid and he probably alienated every English soccer fan from his fanbase !

I watched the highlights last night that Murray v Nadal match sure did seem like a good one its sucks I missed it. I also watched Roddick destroy Marty Fish. I'm looking forward to the Roddick vs Federer match, they usually have good matchs I think Federer has beaten Roddick like 12 times to Roddicks 1 I'm really pulling for Roddick I think he might have the tools to do it this time he's realy playing good tennis so far, but Federer always makes everyone thats playing good just look average.

mate half your own country do't even like england when it comes to football, seriously everyone in the world hates england when it comes to football, few asians may of liked you coz of becks but thats it, you won the trophey like what, 41 years ago? and you still see adverts about it, or people talking about it - the welsh jocks and irish all support eachother in any sport (unless we are playing eachother) but all seem to support anyone who is playing enlgand, i wonder why

The English get on well with most Irish but the Welsh and Scottish envy us because they are inferior nations, at least we can have banter with the Welsh but the Scottish are just miserable

Whats amazing about this Australian Open is that Serena Williams being ranked #81 in the world came all the way to raise the trophy once again and moves up to #14 in the world.....

Venus & Serena are exceptional athletes....IMO
