That would make sense, although right now the IBO is not regarded as anything too meaningful I do prefer the way they work to the other bodies - forcing their champions to fight bullshit mandatory challengers or vacate.

EXACTLY!!!!!! There have been a lot of top fighters to hold the IBO belt along with The Ring Title.....Now I am not positive on all but i think that

Lennox Lewis held the HW version,
Roy Jones,,Held the LH version,,so did Tarver ,,Glen Johnson and Bernard Hopkins...not that it makes the title worth much more but there have been big names associated with it

Currently Wlad Klitschko holds a version of it,,Vic Darchinyan,,Raymond Joval,,and Rafel Marquez all hold the title dubbed IBO

Yeh but i think there is a real chance Tony can lose against Williams. Not saying he would but Williams is a much better opponent than any of Hatton's mandatories.
