Default Vanderlie Silva: What happened to the best middleweight in the world?

After the beatdown from Mirko he seems to not be the same now! Why? What makes him not as destructive? What do you think?
Will he ever be the same?

For one thing the guy should fight at no higher than 205 and if it at all possible try to fight at 185. There is no doubt that he can still fight at a very high level. He has made his name on being a high intensity pressure striker, but if I were training the guy I start trying to mix in more takedowns and GnP. When you choose to stand and try to slug it out in MMA you better hit harder and have a better beard. Although I was suprised at how onesided his loss to Mirko was the fact that he lost really isn't that big a deal. He was fighting an equally talented striker who was naturally much bigger and stronger. Now the sensational KO from henderson did shock me considering their previous fight. Dan is an awesome ground fighter and does have dynamite in his hands. Wand will be back but its obvious that some of the other top fighters have figured him out somewhat.

Venom. Silva will always be my favorite fighter, he fights even bigger guys and doesn't give a fwck. middleweight to superheavyweight. his done enough in his career to be a legend in my books. Ken shamrock too, only if i would of seen them two fight eachother.
