I think Biggie was better as far as raw lyrics, but Pac was also a poetic lyrcal genius.

But out of all the Hip-Hop/rap songs there is but 1 for me that just hits home and thats 2Pacs 'Dear Mamma'.....
Forget it man! IMO that will go down as one of the best lyrically songs ever written....
