For next season I considering adding INCOME

As opposed to being able to cash in action points, I am considering
making it to where you get paid $100 a week for each action point
you have, that way people who play more are rewarded and those
that make crazy all-in decisions (yoitsdan, tam seddon) don't have
to wait 2 and a half months to get in again.

What are your opinions?

Sounds like a pretty good Idea to me.. Only problem I could think of is what then, if people start making very very low bets on every fight they can just to rack up their action points. In other words I'm not sure it would really work if players are allowed to bet less than the income they would receive for each action point.. Im actually not sure if you have a minimum bet in place now so perhaps Im just ranting.. But if not, I think it would be fair to say a player would have to bet a certain amount in order to get the income, or even the action point itself.. Just my 2 cents, the book's great as it is I appreciate the work you put into it. CC killer.

Valid point, the minimum bet to get an action point is $1,000 although when people have had low money in the past and gone all-in I have still awarded the two action points, that would have to change.

Also I am trying to think of a FAIR way for people to get in at any time during the season. Anyone have any ideas?

Hehe forget what I said about the action points, had forgotten you needed to put up 1k to get one.. Can't see any problem with the income idea really.. As for people entering late, maybe you could just adjust the money they start with, as a reflection of how late in the season they join? Not sure if it would really work, but say someone enters halfway through, they could start with 12.5 k as opposed to 25, etc?? Just another thought that will probably prove futile

Yeah that's how it works right now, but the next season doesn't start until June. If you want to get in on this season i have one spot that opens in May.
