Kessler turns down calzaghe fight

According to frank warren, kessler's promoters have turned down a fight with calzaghe in july for 2 reasons. First its too soon and second they want 50/50 of the purse. Warren hopes they reconsider but in the meantime says hes offered 3m to jermain taylor for a fight in july in the uk.

All this bull is frustrating as promoters having fun and games are ruining the chance of some great fites. How on earth is taylor gonna be able to fight in july as hes fighting cory spinks in may? If july is too soon for kessler, make the fight a few months later, I don't see the problem! I predict calzaghe to be fighting another second rate opponent in his next bout whilst we are told (again!) that the following fight will be a big name.
