I'm with winky on this, I think floyd defense and offense is the most balance but I don't think his offense is strong enough to brake winkys defense. If floyd had more pop in his punches I'd choose him to win. but i think winky will win u.d by his pressure defense which is his great offense the common fan will get confuse i know, but winky brings both defense and offense at the same time with his unbreachable hands up. I think floyd will have a hard time with a southpaw specially with a guy like winky. Be a good interesting fight though....

ur right but if floyd is to be considerer one of the best ,if anyone is to be considerer the best, i think they have to get tru winky's shell, and i dont think floyds speed is enough to do the job.

and yeh Quartey was fast enough to get past it? Mayweahter would be the fastest person to ever fight Winky, and the best fighter to ever face Winky. If he employed his in and out style I could see him winning... He fast enough of foot to keep away from Winky, and his reflexes, and him keeping his hands high against a southpaw make him virtually impossible to hit with the jab. Now Zab showed that Mayweather can be caught by the straight left, but Zab is way faster than the quick Wright. I can see either person winning this fight, but it slightly favors Winky due to size.

In this fight the style of Winky is terrible for Floyd. Winky is strong and has good defense and a good jab. Everything which would work against Floyd's style. And he would be walking down Floyd.. Floyd is good but so is Winky. I think Winky is better than Oscar now by far.

if PBF fought winky like he did corrales, then i could see him winning. he'd have to be in and out, pop shot winky and use angles. being flat footed and relying on his rolling and strictly counter punching technique wont beat winky

I think a guy who is fast is also a problem, but who is as fast as Floyd? Yeah a Thomas Hearns kind of fighter at 147 would probably demolish Floyd. And that is not trying to be correct, Hearns had the style to beat Floyd somewhat easily. FLoyd fights like Ray but does not have the physical strength at 147 or the punching power. But as for Winky, he is a solid guy who is good defensively and who is quick enough to walk down Floyd and wear him out. This would not be an easy fight for Floyd in my mind.

if they were to fight i think floyd would not be the agressor winky will. it all depends on who the agressor is really. mayweather doesn't suit being the agressor where we have seen winky be agressive and be quite good at being it. but against floyd i think he would not be successful and he would get coutered to shit. this would be a tough fight to judge. floyd can't hurt wright but is quicker so i think he could get some shots off at winky. winky would block alot of floyds shots. in close winky tries to hit floyd but just ducks, shoulder rolls and counters. i give the fight to mayweather by decision , close decision that is

I think it is a testament to Floyd's ability in the ring that this fight is even being considered and debated. He started at super-featherweight and now some people are having a hard time trying to decide the outcome of a fight between him and probably the best light-middleweight of the last 10 years... it is really amazing when you think about it.
Love him or hate him, you can't question his talent.
I'm going to wait and see what he is like at 154 lbs tonight before passing judgement... it is a hard one to call though.
