Default Question is: Who would've won at 147 ?!?

IMO, it's a done deal. Floyd was stupid enough to be baited into fighting 14 pounds over his best weight, and he'll be KO'd because of it. Unless he runs like Oscar did in the last three rounds against Tito. Then he'll survive with a decision loss.

So the question begs asking already: Who would've won at 147? My money would've been on Floyd easily, maybe even by KO. Yes, 7 pounds makes THAT much difference.

Oh yeah, Floyd would have pounded ODLH's body at 147 and ODLH would have had to work much harder at this stage to make 147. This would equal a late round TKO IMO.

Oscar would have been super drained at 147 at this stage in his career,Floyd would win. Younger Oscar at 147,I'd go for younger Oscar for sure. Almost as fast, more power.

Exactly. I mean really, let's be real here. This isn't even a fair fight at 154. It's a naturally bigger man fighting a bloated younger man. Read the other thread on Shane's comments. Floyd's goose is cooked. He's toast. To use a forum favorite phrase, he'll be KTFO. And all because he was a moron and took the fight at 154. At 147, different story altogether. Then we're talking the world's best p4p against the aging veteran, and it's Oscar who maybe gets dropped.

Ego's a bitch, ain't it? I mean, Oscar could've said: "Floyd, we fight at 160, and you come in blindfolded." And freaking Floyd would've gone for it!!! Jeez!! What a moron! And now his unbeaten streak will come to a screeching halt because of it. And Oscar walks away a superhero, having beaten a man almost 20 pounds over his fighting weight.

I'm telling you, even if Oscar were to decide to sell encyclopedias, he'd sell Floyd 3 sets.

You know El Gamo, funny thing is..... I don't. Matter of fact, I WANT Floyd to win this fight. I've never been a De La Hoya fan. But # 1, I'm frustrated at how Floyd allowed himself to be completely duped into this mismatch (again, at 154). And # 2, if I were the betting type, I'd have bet my house on Oscar. He CAN'T lose.

Unfortunately, it'll never happen. Tito's mind is made up about retiring, and there appears to be no way that he's coming back. However, it there WERE to be a Tito-Oscar II................... omigod!! I don't I'd live through that one. Tranquilizers for sure!!

If Tito comes back only for the $$$$$$, I'll be the most worried person on the face of the planet. Motivation is BIG in mega-fights.

Well I don't think Floyd got tricked. He knows that he's gonna have a smaller ring. He's familiar what Reyes gloves are. He's got an ego but he's not a moron, if he was extremely worried about the size of the ring or the gloves, he might have at least tried to get it changed. Floyd knows exactly what he got himself into. I think his confidence in his own abilities, his legacy, and the fact that he could end up taking home close to 20 Million dollars is reason enough to take the fight.

I don't get some of you guys, you bitch about how Floyd hasn't fought anyone, but when he steps up to a real big challenge, then you people call him stupid and don't give him the respect for stepping up to the plate. Fuck that.

Considering that if i were to say this was hapeening at 147 i would assume that oscar was prime as he fought trinidad..

So would say that oscar had even more chance of beating flyd hen he do now..

    Let us see after tonight..

    Go OSCAR!!
