Basically ive been away working and travelling for 4 months with little or no excercise and LOTS of beer, cigs and general crap bad for your health (along with the inevitable money probs ...). Anyway i was wondering if this is a good plan to get back into shape, giving my current poor fitness level. Im 19 and used to be very fit when i was doing lots of sport, but have not been doing much since.
2 runs a week of about 30 mins.
2 hours in the pool a week (I was a swimmer so know all that stuff)
Daily 20 pres-ups 20 sit ups (15 secs rest repeat 3 times).
On the plus side i cycle to and from work everyday but it only takes 15 mins so its not that hard.
Anyone got any suggestions for improvement?

Might want to add some pulls ups into your routine though, don't just want to work your pecs and tris but not your lats and bis... If you don't have a bar get a dumbbell or something (milk carton with sand in... what ever
) and do single arm rows.
