    Richard Hall vs roy jones

hall took a beating i would love to see the punch stats for this fight. but the qestion i am asking, which of the middle weights in the history of boxing would have been able to go the full 12 rounds with out being stopped.
if they were in the same shoes as HALL

Bernard Hopkins went the distance with a prime middleweight Roy Jones, and didn't get blown out either. I like Richard "Destroyer" Hall and respect him a lot, but he is not a great fighter by any standards. Not everyone fights the way he does, just plodding forward tryin to land that big left hand and knock you out. He took a HELL of an ass whipping from Roy Jones and still didn't want the fight stopped.

Lamatta, Hagler, Toney took the full Roy Jones Jr beating, Stan Ketchel would take it

No he didn't. The ref stopped the fight. And Richard Hall is nobody to laugh at, he's is one of the toughest sons of bitches I have seen in the past 5 years. One year ago he took a hell of a beatdown from Johnson, even hurt Johnson and kept tryin to KO him. He's fukin tuff.

    No he didn't.
    Yes he did !

The question was who could take this much punishment, well Hall took it, Toney took it, Hopkins took it, im not really a Jones fan, he steered well clear of Benn and Eubank but im sure there are plenty more who went the distance with roy

Think what you want my friend, but Richard Hall was TKO'd in the 11th round, he did not go the distance, and thus as the title of the thread suggests he did not go 12 rds.

ah remember this, the one where the ref should have been banned for cruelty, seeing Halls body pressed against the ropes and watching his head getting knocked about like a slinky was not a fine example for boxing. Should have been stopped much earlier. He had no chance of winning.

G-Man could not only hang 12 with a prime Roy, but likely beat his azz just like in the amatuers. I see a late round KO for the G-Man.

Maybe i wouldn't rule it out G man had alot of heart and great chin and Jones would struggle to make it past first couple of rounds actually it would be hell for Jones in first couple of rounds.
