I run on average 4 miles a week sometimes twice a week (I do a half marthon each year and do a couple of 10k's)...but nearly every week (Usually on a friday night) I binge drink and smoke like a chimmney (Rollies, backie)....but then i give up for like 3 days and then i get the urge to smoke again (no drinking)...but only smoke on average 5 a day......is this a concern or is this okay.....I am 36 and i feel okay but am i playing russian roulette with my health
