    Default Froch-Miranda ?

I was thinking if EM wants to get at 168 and be a world champion he's going to need a big name behind his record...

He cant jump straight into a title fight and this is what both men are looking for. I think it would be a really good match up, Froch's power vs Miranda's power. Both men really need a boost to get that shot and Froch needs to fight in the states to boost his name more. They are both ranked in the top 10 at 168? I think it would be a true thriller in which both men would not to work on their defence... But that could make it a really good match to watch?

I think it would be a very close fight to call but i would be backing my man Froch

This could be a good fight if they had it on over here in the uk but i think deep down Miranda would KO Froch.

I think pre Pavlik a few people might have given Miranda a shot. Now I dont think so. Froch is too big and strong IMO and would take Miranda out.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

If Miranda said he is going to be fighting at 168, this surely would be a good fight for him? An undefeated prospect with a lot of power? I think it would be an amazing match up...

Bit of a risky fight for both fighters, but if they did fight, i would back Carl the cobra Froch to win by KO, just wish he would tighten up that defence, but then thats why, he is exiting to watch

This would be a very entertaining fight while it lasted, but Froch hits as hard as Pavlik for my money and would knock Miranda out about the same time.

well if you acctually followed CF in the slightest you would see that he recently fell through with a world title shot against JOE C so isnt that a risk? He wants that fight because he believes he will win it! He will get a shot soon, he needs a big name to fight and EM could be one for him. He's a dangerman and i do think he needs the push and it will come very soon.

Not a good fight for EM right now... Froch is to good a fighter to hop a div and take on weight problems or not... Miranda needs to get used to fighting at 68 and then take him on... He's used to middle weight power... He needs to box.

Listen sonny u r 16 years old and know jack about the real world , if you believe that Joe C was going to fight Froch then ok , see the pig flying outside your window !!!
I was just making the point that he is advanced in years for a prospect and if JC doesnt wanna fight then try someone else to make a name for himself.
    THATS MY POINT

Does it matter if im 16 or not? It was going to happen but fell through its simple facts...

He is trying other options because he knows the JC fight fell through...

You will see him fighting for a title soon..

i dont want you to take anything personal...god

There's really not that much of a difference in power between the MW and SMW divisions. I don't know why. Historically, there's been a pretty big step up from 154 to 160, and again from 168 to 175. But natural 160 pounders have always seemed to be able to fight at 168 without giving too much up.

IMO... Miranda, Pavlik, and a motivated JT crack just as hard as JC, MK, Mundine.

Frank Warren was trying to get the fight together but it fell through when Warren wanted options on Froch now he mite only be 16 but he is right.

I think Miranda would take this given he is not completely wrecked. But Miranda has tremendous heart so I'm not so sure he is done. I know Pavlik kind of laid the plan out to beat Miranda, but I don't think Froch could have done what Pavlik did that night. And Miranda is still a puncher and still has power, especially at 168.

I just can't take Froch to be a top guy. He has some serious power, but he holds his hands at his hips. Miranda would actually be the shorter puncher Froch just begs for that right hand.

That is if Miranda can come back. That's never assured.
