Default So much riding on Hatton v PBF..

Working Class, Blue collar, tough, rugged, never quit, will and desire all these that are reserved when speaking of The Hitman.

Flashy, Slick, Arrogant, Pompous Brat, Bling Bling culture, fithy rich, which one might attribute to The Pretty Boy.

Both have numerous supporters from every walk of life. But in terms of boxing if this fight comes off it will be the first time in a long that we will see the best American fighter take on his best Europen weight division counterpart..For so long many wanted Roy vs Benn,Eubank,Collins, DC, Calzaghe..or James Toney and Bernard Hopkins vs any of the aforementioned Europens. But no one was willing to give in to either their ego feeling as if some one wasn't worthy or their pride not letting them say out loud "I don't want to fight him" what ever the many speculative reasons that those fights didn't happen. The fight between Floyd and Ricky must happen because it could possibly start a trend where fighters no longer use the ocean being too large to fly over, the home turf judges, the money, or whatever else as an excuses not to fight the best fighters on the planet. No more fighting the best guy for the situation. Hatton is Flithy Rich. Floyd is Flithy Rich. Money shouldn't even be an issue the only discussion between them should be "what day this year and then it's on!"

Man at first I wanted PBF v Mosley but I know Shane never ducks anybody so i concluded that it was Floyd ducking him. But I will more than gladly sit back and settle for Hatton vs Mayweather. Because is means a lot in the bigger picture of competitive boxing worldwide...

Your are right, both fighters are total opposites of each other both in personality & fighting style. If Mayweather accepts Hattons challange and doesnt price himself out the market he will definetly earn little more respect from me.

To be fair to Floyd all of the qualities you ascribed to Hatton could also be applied to him.

I've never seen Floyd quit either and Ricky kind of quit when tailed it back out of the 147 lb division.

    # 933 even tho I dont endorse you whorish CC campaign

Yes sir you are right on that... Ricky is super likeable and all but he did get chased back to 140 and didnt honor his word in a rematch with Collazzo.... People talk ish about Floyds heart and desire but when he narrowly won against Castillo and many people cried robbery, Floyd granted an immediate rematch and erased all doubt... and then offered Delahoya a rematch since idiots pissed all over that win too

When Ricky pulled the Collazzo win out of his a***, he said he would rematch, but then reneged and ran back to 140, pretty much admitting he cant hang at that weight

No one was ever considered unbeatable...every fighter was able to be beaten if the right man came along and had the physical tools and will to beat him...but in this case Hatton has the will but not the tools as did gatti and all the others...Hatton will be exposed like nothing no one has ever seen before...that walking right to his opponent with his hands chest height, he will eat straight right hands and jabs all night long..and some lead hooks...
