    Default In Jin Chi retiring to become K-1 fighter

    This is a shame...I always thought he was underrated and could have beaten some top names. It's too bad the Pacquiao fight did not come off; I think he would have had a solid chance in that bout.

    He basically said for his last title defence he earned $10,000 and that was a year ago so he had been feeding his large family on the money he made from that. He felt he had to do something so when K-1 came, he accepted. He vacated his belt and Linares has been declared new WBC champion at 130lbs.

    Sad really. Surely there was a money fight out for him somewhere though!
