Charges have officially been brought on him that are felony in nature. The commissioner hasn't decided if he's going to suspend him regardless of the outcome of the trial because he doesn't have a history of run-ins with the law.

It's just an indictment now but they wouldn't have brought about an indictment if they didn't have enough evidence to warrant a trial.

I have no doubt dog fighting occured there it's just a matter of how involved Vick was if at all.


The jurors will decide his fate and it'll all work out good or bad. We have to wait for more information to come out.

I just finished watching the MSNBC news

Well looks like Vics in pretty deep shit. They've found dogs who were wet and then electrecuted to death.

They would also drown and hang dogs.

Anyone who watched espn today got some pretty funny stories aside from this one. The tour de france is becoming a joke with all the juicers it has as well as the odd things that keep happening (borat impersonater in swimsuit running alongside bikers, a biker hitting a dog that was in the way). There's also reports surfacing that there's golfers who are juicing. If you're a golfer and you juice you are the most pathetic "athlete" in the world. The only thing sadder than that is a nascar drive or World Series Of Poker participant who juices.

Michael Vick is in a ton of trouble and the FEDERAL government doesn't indict people without a fairly sound case.
