Default More sleep or more training?

I can get 8 hours of sleep, but then I only have time for training maybe 30 minutes to a hour each weekday. 3 rounds on speed bag, shadow boxing, heavy bag, jumping rope. No road work, calisthenics, or specific conditioning. I can catch up on sleep on the weekend, but I would really like to include some sprints and footwork and do 2-a-days if at all possible. I do hard sparring only once a week and can still fit that in. Based on this, would you suggest more sleep or more training? Conditioning is a big thing for me, it is difficult to go 3 hard rounds in sparring without feeling fatigued at this point.

You can afford to lose an extra half an hour of sleep then
