Who do you guys think had the better card? Was it HBO with their very pivotal matchup for the undisputed middleweight championship of the world between Pavlik and Taylor? Or did you rather enjoy Showtime's showcase of young great boxing talent?

I don't think this is even worth a discussion, to be honest.

The HBO card featured a fight between two prime middleweights for the universally recognized title.

Showtime featured a good young fighter against a journeyman last-minute replacement. It's not even a close comparison.

    im A big dawson fan.
But this is almost insulting to the JT/pavlik card.
    Berto fight was great.
and pavlik dethroning JT, taking his belt and his 0 in dramatic fashion cannot not be matched by anything ive seen in a long time...nevermind the showtime card.

You missed out the German card with the Russian Gaint Nikolay Valuev's impressive return to form against the unbeaten French Canadian fighter.
